1. About us

This website, www.aminofresh.com (the "Website"), is owned and operated by myMD Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India with its registered office at Plot No. C-20, G Block, BKC Road, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400051 ("myMD", "we", "us" or "our"). The AMINOFRESH range is marketed by myMD Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. under FSSAI Licence No. 12826999000032.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. Orders are accepted only for delivery addresses within India.

3. Our products

• AMINOFRESH and AMINOFRESH WOMEN+ are nutraceutical / health supplement products. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• Read the label, directions for use and precautions before consuming. Do not exceed the recommended daily usage.
• Consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical supervision, taking medication, or have kidney, liver or any other medical condition, or a food allergy (including to milk / dairy or fish).
• AMINOFRESH WOMEN+ contains marine collagen and is a non-vegetarian product.
• Product images are for illustration. Packaging may vary slightly from what is shown; the contents and label on the product you receive will always apply.

4. Prices and availability

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping within India is currently free. We may change prices, offers and availability at any time without notice, but a change will not affect an order we have already confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and will inform you.

5. Placing and confirming orders

1. When you submit an order on the Website you receive an order ID. This is a request to buy, not yet an accepted order.
2. Our team will contact you on the mobile number you provided to verify the order and delivery address.
3. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it and dispatch the product. We may decline or cancel an order as described in our Cancellation Policy.

Please ensure your name, phone number and address are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

6. Payment — Cash on Delivery only

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. We do not collect any card, UPI, net-banking or other online payment on the Website, and our team will never ask you for an OTP, PIN or card details. Pay the exact amount shown on your order to the delivery partner at the time of delivery and keep the invoice for your records.

If an order is repeatedly refused at the doorstep without a valid reason, we may decline future COD orders from the same phone number or address.

7. Shipping, cancellation, returns and refunds

Delivery timelines, cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

8. Use of the Website

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by placing fake or fraudulent orders, submitting someone else's details without permission, attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual property

The AMINOFRESH and myMD names, logos, product designs, text, images and other content on the Website belong to myMD Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Health information disclaimer

Information on the Website is for general awareness only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Statements about nutrients and benefits relate to the role of those nutrients in a balanced diet. Individual results vary.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, myMD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the Website or our products, including loss caused by use contrary to the label directions. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Grievance redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, you may contact our Grievance Officer with any complaint:

We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month of receipt.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and will apply to orders placed after that date.
