Cancellation policy.

1. Cancelling before dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after we confirm them by phone. To cancel before dispatch, contact us with your order ID:

You can also tell our team you wish to cancel during the order confirmation call. Cancellation before dispatch is completely free.

2. Cancelling after dispatch

Once the order has been handed to our courier partner it can no longer be cancelled in our system. You may instead refuse to accept the parcel when it is delivered. Because payment is collected only on delivery, no money is charged.

Please let us know in advance if you plan to refuse delivery. Repeated refusal of COD orders without a valid reason may lead us to decline future COD orders from the same phone number or address.

3. Changing an order

If you want to change the product, quantity or delivery address, contact us before dispatch and we will update the order where possible. After dispatch, changes are not possible; you may refuse the parcel and place a new order.

4. Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order, fully or partly, and will inform you if:

• we cannot reach you on the phone number provided to confirm the order after reasonable attempts;
• the delivery pincode is not serviceable by our courier partners;
• the product is out of stock;
• there was an error in the price or product information shown;
• the order appears fraudulent, duplicate, or is placed with incorrect or incomplete details; or
• the order exceeds reasonable quantities for personal use.

5. Refunds on cancellation

As all orders are Cash on Delivery, no payment is taken before delivery, so a cancelled order does not need a refund. For products already delivered, see our Return & Refund Policy.
