1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• When you place an order: your name, mobile number, email address (optional), delivery address, pincode and any delivery notes.
• When you contact us: the details you share through the contact form, phone, email or WhatsApp.

Information collected automatically

• Basic technical data such as browser type, device, approximate location, pages visited and time spent, collected through Google Analytics cookies.

We do not collect card, bank, UPI or other payment details, because all orders are paid by Cash on Delivery.

2. How we use your information

• To process, verify, ship and deliver your order, and to call or message you about it.
• To handle cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds.
• To respond to your questions and complaints.
• To understand how visitors use the Website and improve it.
• To prevent fraudulent orders and comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting rules.

We will only send you promotional messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We share only the information needed for the purpose with:

• Courier and logistics partners — your name, phone number and address so they can deliver your order and collect payment.
• Service providers that help us run the Website and receive orders, such as our email form-processing provider, hosting provider and Google Analytics.
• WhatsApp — only if you choose to send your order or message to us via WhatsApp, in which case WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies.
• Authorities — where required by law, court order or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

We use Google Analytics cookies to measure Website traffic. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the Website and checkout will continue to work.

5. How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfil the order and handle any returns, and thereafter for the period required under applicable tax and accounting laws (generally up to 8 years). Contact enquiries are kept only as long as necessary to respond to you.

The Website is served over a secure HTTPS connection and access to order data is limited to authorised staff. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

The Website is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Orders must be placed by an adult.
